To make online payments with a Payment Template, select the ‘Online Payment’ menu and select ‘Use a Payment Template’. From the list of Payment Templates shown on the screen, select the one you want to use to send a payment, and click on the Create a Payment link beneath the template. The Payment Template will appear on your screen and will display the amount you have specified in ‘Amount’ text box. You can change any number within the amount range by clicking on the numeric options and entering the value into the text boxes. A progress alert will show how much money is going towards your selected ‘Payment Amount’ every time you make a payment.Using templates to make online payments has grown very popular these days. Most people prefer to use them for making payments because they save their precious time. You can set up a payment template to make payments for many purposes such as receiving gifts, paying bills and sending monetary gifts etc. Once you are done setting up the payment template, it will display all the necessary information you need such as the name of the receiver, his/her profile, the current balance, the total amount of outstanding payments, previous transactions and status etc. These templates are available free of cost.After you have made the payment, you can specify the recipient’s email id and / or address. In case of multiple payments, you can put multiple addresses in the’Payment Address’ text box and also set the payment amount in the’Payment Amount’ text box. After clicking on the send button, the transaction will be carried on the internet. This option will save your precious time and will prevent you from going to different websites to make the payments. By setting up a payment template, you can save your precious time.To use the online invoice payment templates, first of all, you need to go to the ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘Change’. Here you need to click on the link ‘Add Templates’ and browse to the type of the payment templates you want. Once you have selected the type of template, click on ‘Save and Apply’ and your template will be immediately updated. You will also notice the changes taking place on your Invoice.Now, you can send payments created using the payment template to multiple beneficiaries using different currencies. For example: John Smith is paying Carol Thomas. John has chosen to pay in the British pound. Carol has chosen to pay in the US dollar. John’s payment proposal will be updated and John’s account will be updated in his account using the latest exchange rate.If you are using the payment template for invoices that are generated from different software, then using the Microsoft word document extension will work fine. Otherwise, Excel will format the document as you like. The default setting is to split the invoice into multiple sheets. To format it as a statement template, click on ‘View’ then on ‘Pages’.If you are sending invoices to a team, you can create spreadsheets using the excel spreadsheet program and assign the person who signs the checks the roles of invoice payer and payee. The template will allow you to create a person-role-role relationship. For example, if there is only one person on your team, you can create two person-role-roles, named Admin and Buyer, which will automatically populate when the appropriate time comes. This ensures that there is only one set of data for everyone on your team.Payment templates can be used in conjunction with automatic payments which can be created and sent using the electronic money transfer system known as eft. Automatic payments are created when an order is received and payment information fields are filled in by the buyer and the seller. Payment templates can be set up to email the information to the Invoice owner, so he/she can view it and respond as expected. EFT is a secure online payment method. You will receive an email notification whenever a payment is made through your company.
